If you cannot find specific books and/or dvd’s on our website; mail, call or fax us because we can order everything! You can find our address, phone or fax number on our contact page.

Limites de la livraison

  • A between times price adjustment, from the articles on our website, is possible without an pre-announcement from the publisher.
  • Goods ordered at Show & Marching Music cannot be returned. Ordered goods cannot be exchanged for other goods from out catalog.
  • The terms of payment are 14 day net (after the shipping date on the invoice).
  • If the terms of payment will be passed we will send a payment reminder. The costs for this reminder are for the customer.
  • After the second reminder the collection will be changed hands to a collection agency.
  • The collection costs are for the customer. In some cases, at the discretion of Show & Marching Music, goods only will be sent after a prepayment.
  • All goods will be sent within three or four business days. Unexpected circumstances reserved.
  • Complains and or remarks needs to be mentioned, written (by e-mail), within 7 days after receiving the goods.
  • Complains sent after 7 day will not be handled anymore.
  • You can reach Show & Marching Music by phone from Monday until Friday from 09:00 - 13:00 (Middle European Time). By fax, e-mail or Internet you reach us 24 hours a day.
  • Show & Marching Music is registered at the Chamber of Commerce Zwolle (NL) under number 05066341.
